The much awaited division has finally come to town.  The Basketball League (TBL) proudly launch the most challenging basketball tournament this year.  This tournament is open to all class C players.  Players screening are conducted by the TBL's screening committee.  The pilot season will be composed of 11+1 teams.  A maximum of 15 players per team.  There will be a guest team (UECM).  They will only participate in the elimination round.
