 The Basketball League under the supervision of Serafin Cu Jr, Michael Fuerte and Paul Lato proudly introduce our newest basketball tournament called The Tire Center Cup (Division D) or TTCC-D. This league was formed in cooperation with Tire Center Philippines or www.tirecenter.com.ph (where the best prices on tires & batteries in the Philippines can be found)
The tournament will be composed of 17 to 20 teams. Each team will have a maximum of 15 players. All players will be properly screened. Only players that are classified as CLASS D would be allowed to join. Fiba rules applied. However, we shall implement a new rule added to the five(5) minutes rule. The new rule is explained below:
Any team who has below ten(10) players in the game time, the missing player in the second set of players shall be picked by the opponent team. For details, please ask Commissoner Paul Lato.
